Happy with the service and shuttle.

First time going there so decided to try them out. I take pride in my vehicles and expect the same out of the ones working on them. So far I was pretty happy with the service and the experience. Taking my other car tomorrow. As of now they will have my business. Employees are very nice and knowledgeable and take care of your vehicles. Much kudos to them.

Professional good value clean

Initially check engine light came on. Took it to autozone and used ther diagnostics on it. Crank shaft position sensor. So took the car here to have it replaced. Tried to upsell, of course, on my brakes. Got the bill and the part supposedly costs $189! $59 for labor! I looked up the part at autozone and it was half that! $90!Times are hard.. how how can you feel good about charging somebody twice as much for a part! Will not go back. Plus wanted to charge about$300 to do just the brakes! Ummm...no.

When asking about wait time manager told me I could go some place else. I have been going here since they first opened, years. The employee was rude I am sure the owner has no knowledge of his behavior.

Usually pretty quick every time I go to Kerrys but even Friday morning as a walk in they still took care of me pretty fast. Justin is the best, great customer service.

Jose was very helpful and friendly. I called and was able to get my car in quickly. He took the time to explain everything. The shop was very clean and they had a nice waiting room with comfortable seating. I will definitely be back! Thank you!
