I’ve been a loyal customer for 15 years. The last 2 visits were disappointing. Today I had an appointment and they said it would be hours til they could get to me. I make appointments because I’m a caregiver for a 100 percent disabled vet. I have limited time. I told them I will find another repair shop that is professional and timely.

I walked in this morning because my 2020 vehicle was over due for its oil change. I was very happy that they were able to get me in without an appointment and that they said the wait would only be an hour. The service advisor was very nice and I appreciated that they showed me the dirty filter after replacing it. They weren’t pushy with upselling and the advisor was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me. My vehicle was done on time and when I got inside my car I noticed the new oil change sticker had a smiley face on it 😁. I think that’s so sweet and it made my day! I’ll definitely be coming back!!

I am very pleased and happy with my experience here. Brady Gibson & his team are very nice, professional, A+ knowledgeable, and take care of their customers. If you have a modified and built car like myself, you can 10/10 trust this company. I have had a lot bad experiences with previous general maintenance car companies and was eager to find a new home for my oil changes, and other needs for the car.
