Great customer service! Just be prepared to be there longer than they say and to pay a lot more than you expect. By far one of the more expenses shops around.

Went in for an oil change at 8 AM was told they’d do a bumper to bumper inspection, when they came back with some other issues I declined since I was taking my car back to my home town in a week and had a shop our family takes our cars into. Once I declined I could tell the quality of service was different for the worse and they were displeased I did not take them up on their offer of testing and fixing up my car. A simple oil change kept me waiting for 2 hours as I left the shop at 10 AM and a part of me believes it was purposeful. Will not be returning for further help.

This was the worst service that I’ve ever experience!! I had a power steering and suspension pump put on my car less than a year ago and a gentleman by the name of TJ winter assisted me. He was very professional and left me very satisfied with the quality work. But this go around, one of your employees I felt was very unprofessional and dishonest not only with this price but also thetow fee. He kept my car over three days and did absolutely nothing to rectify the problem. Half the time he said he’d call back in 30 minutes and after hours later, had to call him back. So I’m very dissatisfied with the price that he quoted ($4200.00)me along with the tow fee which he volunteered.Therefore, I will never do business or refer anyone to Kerrys Automotive, because of Justin. He’s dishonest and a crook.

Took my car in because the door handle wasn't grabbing to open. They said that the entire door handle would need to be replaced but they recommended doing a repair on the piece broken for $200 instead. Talked me into it by saying that there's a 5 year warranty on it so if it broke again, just come back in and they would replace it. 2 months later it broke again. When I brought it back in, they refused to honor the warranty saying that they can't just keep replacing the same part. Which is the opposite of what they said to talk me into the repair in the first place! I left it broken for a few months and decided I'd call a dealership and have them replace the entire handle. Just had it replaced and the dealership said that there was a part on the handle that was worn down and it's now working, but to be gentle with it because the actual problem is a part that interacts with the handle and eventually I'll have to replace that. So Kerry's didn't even diagnose the problem properly to begin with and took $200 from me for nothing! Also they quoted me almost $500 to replace the handle and the dealership only charged me $277. Would not recommend this place to anyone!
