Arizona Auto Repair

Got a "decent" price on my repair. Asked them to only fix my two engine mounts. Calls and tells me theres another issue I need to fix and that I can save money if I fix it now haha! extra $$ later, I get the car... I check under my hood a couple days later. My engine mount still cracked and not even replaced. Overall poor service and quality check.

I’ve been doing business with this repair shop since they opened their doors for business and have spent thousands of $$ with them over many years. I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else for repairs and maintenance!

I took my vehicle in Saturday Morning after speaking with Andy over the phone because he led me to believe my problem was something they had seen all the time and it wouldn't be an issue to get it taken care of same day, at about 2 pm I received an email with an estimate attached for 164$ level 4 diagnostic. Even though I had already explained what was wrong with the car and what needed to be done but hey I get it. they cant go just based on what everyone says when they come through the door. so basically I paid 164$ to be told what I already knew. also it took the entire day Saturday and 5 hours Monday to have a diagnostic ran on the vehicle. Communication with them was terrible because if didn't ask what was going on with my vehicle I have no idea when I would've found out. Oh yeah and my main reason for choosing the shop was because I had a coupon that came in the mail for 25$ off any service or repair well apparently diagnostics aren't considered a service. In my opinion I'd go to a different shop or at least a different location, or maybe just don't deal with Andy

I will never use this company again ! I called the closest location to my home to see if they can get my vehicle in for a wheel alignment drove to the store on 43rd and Dunlap they said they cannot fit my vehicle once I got there in their alignment bay so then they sent me to 83rd and Lake Pleasant where they said they could take my vehicle spent 45 minutes there and then they come to tell me they can’t fit my vehicle in there so now they’ve wasted two hours of my day and I still don’t have a wheel alignment done on my vehicle.
