I wish to commend your staff and mechanics, particularly James, Ethan and Tim. We had a very troublesome and extended problem with my 2000 Lexus and a Check Engine light which indicated defective knock sensor(s). After multiple visits, leaving the car with you for days each time, your staff worked very hard to find the source of the problem. During the most recent visit, they switched out the sensors again, installed new cables, and finally traced the problem to a defect in the ECM. Even now the light is still on, I know from experience that the car is safe to drive; and I plan to have the codes read to make sure that no other codes show up. I also commend your company for honoring your warranty on all the additional work and time expended. I would recommend Airpark Auto to my family and acquaintances. Thank you for all your efforts!

Overpriced services parts were more than twice the amount you can get from parts house and almost double dealer cost. Hopefully we don't have a problem with the work performed after paying so much. Managers comment was they don't claim to be the cheapest. We won't recommend or use them again.

I asked them to fix my side mirrors and put a lug nut or bolt on my hub cap and they refused to do it to do either of those things I showed them a coupon from online saying 24.99 a oil change and they still insisted on it being $70 so to be technical we paid 400 for them to rip 3-4 wires from the dash and it took 3-4 days that’s terrible

I’ve been using Kerry’s for years. They’re always great and don’t suggest work that doesn’t need to be done. Waiting are is comfy too.
