So far so good! First time!

Price quoted to me on the phone was not the same amount they wanted to charge me when I arrived for the appointment. I was going for an oil change and the information I provided on the phone was complete and did not change but the price they wanted me to pay increased significantly. There were no apologies just excuses which I found unprofessional. I canceled the appointment on the spot and went somewhere else for the service where the cost was $60 less for more service advantages.

I spoke with Kimberly on the phone and in person. She is very professional and knowledgeable. They did a good job and the price of my oil change was 1/2 the price of a competitor. I will use Kerry's Car Care in the future. Thanks

Kerry's car care is awesome. Veteran owned and operated. Excellent staff including TJ who is a really nice guy and knows his business. With coupons and frequent customer appreciation, these guys have really come through for us on price and quality. We have two vehicles over 10 years old and they take good care of them. Oh yeah, really nice waiting room.
