Price quoted to me on the phone was not the same amount they wanted to charge me when I arrived for the appointment. I was going for an oil change and the information I provided on the phone was complete and did not change but the price they wanted me to pay increased significantly. There were no apologies just excuses which I found unprofessional. I canceled the appointment on the spot and went somewhere else for the service where the cost was $60 less for more service advantages.
