So I went in for a simple oil change, the price advertised was around $45.00 and I ended up paying $79.00 … but that was not the worst part about this place . My car is new off the lot.. I had it for a year and at the end of the oil change, they wrote me up an estimate saying my engine crankshaft seal was broken and leaking & that I needed to replace all four tires and a couple of other little things and the invoice came up to about $1000.00 They asked if I wanted to get any of that done with them, and me not knowing anything about cars, I was a little skeptical so I waited on that and left. A few days later I call my dealership because I know my car is still under warranty with them for 5 years so I come to my dealer and get my car checked out, NO ENGINE LEAKS , NO PROBLEMS WITH MY TIRES , NOTHING WHATSOEVER was true what they said . My dealership even showed me underneath my car where the seal was supposedly “broken” and the engine was “leaking” and it was in perfect condition and no leaks whatsoever …. These people tried to get over on me and I am so disappointed with this type of service . This is just a heads up for anyone else going there for any type of service … please look into things before throwing your money away !!! This was such a scam
