A lot of trouble trying to pass emissions. These guys went all out trying to find the reason and after a new computer and discovering the raw wires they were finally able to pinpoint the cause and get it fixed. I even lost my temper yelling at them which I promptly apologized for. I appreciate the patience and professionalism. Bobbie from LYFT was great, Thanks again to Kerry's Car Care on N. Valley Parkway in Phoenix. 1st time there and the experience so far has been 1st class. The ride home w/ Bobbie from LYFT was once again 1st class. I wasn't expecting to be treated like that. I'll always be using LYFT and Kerry's Car Care from now on and the two of them working together is a GREAT TOUCH. ***** 5 STARS

Two helpless women pulled in with a nail in the tire, 60-miles from home, minutes before closing time. Anthony took us right in and made us comfortable in the very comfy waiting room. Less than 30-minutes later we were safely back on the road and it didn’t even break the piggy bank! We were thrilled with both the price and the wonderful service. These guys turned a miserable afternoon into a truly heartwarming experience. They were all wonderful and we will be broadcasting their exemplary service to the world!
