I wrote a not so glowing review previously; Tammy called me to see how they could make it right. I brought the car back in and they put it on the lift and showed me what they found. They ordered the parts (it really was the struts) and fixed the issue completely. Thanks much for taking care of my older Toyota Rav4.

So great little shop for stock vehicles. You start bringing in lifted 4x4s and I would try somewhere else. 1st alignment machine doesn't get you printouts because the printer is "broken". That is hard pill to swallow for people with custom lifts/rigs. 2nd they have staff fully capable of alignment but only 1 guy for advanced alignment jobs. Again if stock you are good, if 4*4 lift I'd look for a specialist. I'd give 5/5 but they over promised under delivered on my last alignment. 5/5 stock 3/5 if lifted 4*4.
