Jon was very nice and accommodating.

We were on vacation from Iowa for the 4th of July. We got in the car to head out to eat, the car warning came up that the engine was over heating and the coolant was too hot. We took it to Kelly's at 6pm and by 230 the next day they figured everything out. Fortunately being 1500 miles away we only had minor issues and easy repairs. We drove back home and we now have a better performing Ford Edge. These guys saved our vacation from being absolutely ruined and made our trip very worth our while.

Everyone we spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. This will definitely be our "go to" place for future auto service needs!

This business was quick to fix my car and it was very easy to talk to the front desk people about my car every step of the way. I have used this company 7 times so far and they have been excellent every time. I have recommended this shop to friends because I trust them to give a fair price when fixing my car as well as I appretiate their can do attitude. I use the shop at 25175 N 67th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85083 and if he's there I'll wait in lines to talk to TJ.
