I’ve used them several times They are friendly, well organized and efficient. I like their longer hours - (open till 7pm) I can often get work completed the same day. I have not had to take the vehicle back to fix something twice, they get it right the first time.

Had them do a once over was having a few things that I thought might be an issue and they did a diagnostic test on it and gave me the all clear and sent me on my way. That you guys for your help. Also I’m from out of town.

I use Kerry’s simply because they are right across the street from me and it’s easy walking distance. In the 3 years I have lived here in AZ and used Kerry’s I’ve never had an issue with their work/service until about 5 months ago and it was mainly with a customer service related issue. The manager, Devlin took care of me at that time but I wasn’t ever going to set foot there again. I decided to give them another shot. Again Devlin took excellent care of me and my car and another employee Brady left me feeling like I was valued. Thank you Devlin and Brady for your excellent customer service! Sometimes it’s not always about the job that is being done but the level of customer service that is provided and you both have taken well care of me and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

We got an oil change. Called Friday afternoon to see if it could be fit into thier Saturday schedule. They told us to drop it off at 0800. On Saturday @ 0800 we dropped it off with no problems. They offered a ride home but we didn't need it. 1 hour and 45 minutes later we got a text it was done. We thought that was pretty fast. Went to pick it up and we were so impressed we bought a package of 5 oil changes at a discount. We noticed a nice waiting area with chairs, TV and coffee maker for people who'd like to wait. Fast and friendly - great experience!
