John did a great job of diagnosing and getting the repairs completed properly and in a timely manner.

I had a transmission flush, oil change and coolant flush with Kerry Car Care. They were amazing customer service agents and excelled in every facet of my care. Especially Tammy, James and Ethan, who were the main providers of my service. I would definitely come back here again.

Kerry's is my go-to automobile repair shop. They have a great deal on their oil changes if you buying in advance. They communicate well, call you when the car is done and have never tried to oversell me.

Updated: 2/2/23. Kerry's again exceeded my expectations. I brought my car in for it's usual oil change and they found a safety issue! Through a miscommunication I thought I had just okayed the one repair, not some scheduled Maintenance. Anthony made it all perfect for me! He was only interested in my satisfaction and worked to make sure I was pleased with the outcome. Boy was I! Jonathan handled the phone calls and confusion .. On my part.. I found myself in a very awkward situation when all the lights for my Braking systems came on. I called Kerry’s Car care and was met with a warm supportive man who said of course they could see me right away and to come immediately. I use my car to make my money so this was relief #1. Upon arrival Jon A greeted me and began to clearly and concisely explain my options and time frames. He did not pressure me into any decisions but made me feel very comfortable about proceeding with Diagnosics. I was very worried while I was waiting in A lovely comfortable waiting area with great AC, overstuffed comfortable chairs, water/coffee bar, big screen TV. Jon was prompt to get back to me with findings. He checked in with me during my wait to make sure I was taken care of in the waiting area. When they had completed the diagnostics on my car Jon A came and explained everything throughly. He gave me my options and made sure I understood everything. I would recommend this store, the team, and Jon A to anyone! The very best, fastest service I’ve have ever experienced anywhere. Tell your friends, families, neighbors, ext :-)

I took my car into the Glendale store and dealt with Brady. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I left the car and within a couple of hours he called me and explained in detail what the issue with my car was, and the price to fix it. I appreciate the quick response, and how fast they were able to get my car back running the way it's supposed to.
