I am forever grateful for stumbling across this place on google and calling after having paid for a diagnosis on my vehicle at Honda in Surprise. Over at the Honda I was initially told that they didn't notice anything wrong with my vehicle. I explained the exact way that I was noticing a popping noise/feeling. After two hours I was told I needed to replace my steering column. Something didn't feel right about the diagnosis and I decided to get another opinion. I called Kerry's and Jake answered. His customer service was impeccable and he informed me that I could bring my vehicle in for a diagnosis at no charge. Next morning I brought my vehicle in. The noise/feeling that I had been experiencing was not extremely noticeable but Anthony insisted on finding the accurate diagnosis. Anthony asked me to replicate when I'm driving so he could hear my concern. After a short drive in the parking lot, he was able to hear my concern. From that point, the mechanics were able to figure out what it was and also confirmed that it had absolutely nothing to do with my steering column. Not only did they figure out the problem, Anthony called and confirmed that my extended warranty actually covered the issue. My vehicle drives amazing now and the popping is completely gone. Of all the mechanics I have ever been to, I am thoroughly impressed with Kerry's. Not just the customer service, but the workmanship. I am so glad I trusted my instinct with the Honda service center and got another opinion. Kerry's will be my go to for any future issues. Great customer service, trustworthy, and great mechanics. Not to mention, while I was waiting for the diagnosis, I had my three year old with me. One of the gentlemen in the front opened the door for multiple times when he saw me at the door with my stroller. Anthony also provided some pens and paper to help me keep my son occupied. Brownie points all the way around!
