I went in for a oil change & had a couple warning lights flashing on my 2012 Dodge Challenger. They found I needed a engine oil cooler which they replaced & got my car up & running within a day at a cheaper normally priced job. The work was done professionally & made sure my car was running perfectly before handing keys back to me. Very friendly & kept me informed on work progress. They even paid for my Lyft rides to & from home. I would recommend Kerry's to those that need a oil change or anykind of mechanical work done. They are certified mechanics!

I broke my oil dipstick and couldn't get it out. I called to see how much it would cost to get it out. I was told to just bring it by and they would take a look at it. I did and in a few minutes they got it out no problem. They are very professional and kind. I will highly recommend them to everyone. Thanks again for your help.

I have to say that this was the best car service experience that I’ve ever had! The facility is so beautiful that when you arrive, you’re questioning if you’re really at the right place. Tammy is amazing! Her knowledge of cars is outstanding! Everything was explained to me in detail, and I never felt pressured into doing anything. I totally recommend Kerry’s!!

I came in unexpected my tail light was out i asked if they could help me and they said yes if we have the bulb we can fix it right away they had it fixed it in not time and car came out within 10 minutes i went to pay the man (sorry don't know his name) and he said no charge. Very nice people there and i thank them for there help.

Kerry's is defintely the best of the three repair shops I have tried in Phoenix. Honest estimates, prompt repairs. A person actually answers their phone!! Kimberly on Mariposa is fabulous - answers any and all questions - will even draw little diagrams to show you where the repairs are being made and why they are needed. They schedule promptly, and are honest about wait times so that you can wait if your schedule permits, or they provide transportation if you need to return to work. Onsite refreshments and comfortable seating are a bonus!! I also really appreciate that they send postcard coupons rather than jam your email. Just keep doing what you are doing!!

I was happy with the service rep. and the service was great. Give them a chance to amaze you. My car runs like new after my service.
