Had a battery that went bad,, they checked it out and confirmed. Then they stated it has a 3 year warranty and I might want to check where I bought it from. I did and found it was under warranty, so went back to pick it up and take it to the shop I bought the battery. It was in the bay and they quickly got it out so I could bring the car before the other shop closed in 20 minutes. No charge just left cared for as a customer and a person.

I've been in twice now and each time the customer service was excellent. I had an oil change both times and had a belt replaced. They did an outstanding job both visits and I feel safe in my Chevy Tahoe. I waited in the comfy waiting room and the time flew by while I watched a movie! Kerry's is above and beyond! Thanks!

Always very friendly and fair . Being a holiday, I didn't know if I could get my car serviced and brakes done, but it was no problem for the staff at Kerry's! I had both kids with me, so we were able to grab some breakfast nearby (Hot Bagels Deli) and come back to the great waiting area. There the kids enjoyed watching a movie while we waited in the comfy seats. Thanks again Kerry's!
