Excellent service. Graciously greeted upon entering. Tj shared the process and then offered to lyft me home. although I appreciated the gesture, I declined so I could walk for exercise. He called later to inform me of the completed tasks and then recommended maintenance all the while acknowledging the great care taken with the vehicle. Love this place! I took my car here for an emergency maintenance on my breaks, and they had my car all fixed up in no time. Really friendly customer service, very reasonable pricing, and a convenient location. It’s really hard to find a mechanic shop you can trust, so I’m glad I found Kerry’s. Will definitely be coming back here in the future.

The staff is very friendly, my oil change was so quick, the waiting lounge is comfortable, and I didn’t feel pressured, but rather supported when notifying me of my upcoming need for new tires. I will be back!

During the holidays, I stopped in without an appointment to the Norterra location. Due to budget limitations, I required a quote first in order to get the service that was overdue for my vehicle. I had to decline some of the services. Then what I believe to be some blessing from above happened! The gentleman that was assisting me was moved to offer me the complete service at a price I could afford. I was moved by this act of kindness that was totally above and beyond anyone could expect.
