I ran over a huge bolt this morning and needed a tire patched . It was taking a little longer than expected and I had to leave to get my kids from school in 35 minutes. The man behind the counter that was fielding phone calls and a very busy office (I believe his name was Jack) took my keys, went outside to my parking spot and patched my tire in the lot. Put my spare back and pulled it up for me! He was actually STILL smiling and in good spirits! And apparently they don’t charge to repair tires, so there was no charge. He made my day! The service here is incredible and I will never go anywhere else, now! Thank you!

I had to get my vehicle in for an oil change where others were days out, Matthew found a way to get me in and taken care of. I would definitely recommend!

I highly recommend this shop! My service rep Jack was great! Got my car in for an oil change.

Keenan, Jack and everyone at this location took my car in at 10:30am because the air conditioning just quit. They had it diagnosed and fixed by approximately 3pm. Very quick turnaround. As always I’m extremely impressed with Kerry’s Car Care. I’ve been a customer since 2009 at the Olive location. Never have been disappointed. Five star experience every time!
