I am so disappointed and frustrated that when I ask the guys at the shop to do a diagnostic on my car but before they do it please let me be there so I know if there was something wrong we could avoid this . But now there is multiple things wrong wit my car and I hate when people cannot keep there word but go behind the bush and just do it without me being there. Very very upsetting and annoyed I will not be back in the shop ever again.

A/C went bad, Auto Zone referred me. Got right in, and was on the road in 75 minutes. Would definitely go there again.
