Bobbie was great, Thanks again to Kerry's Car Care on N. Valley Parkway in Phoenix. 1st time there and the experience so far has been 1st class. The ride home w/ Bobbie from LYFT was once again 1st class. I wasn't expecting to be treated like that. I'll always be using LYFT and Kerry's Car Care from now on and the two of them working together is a GREAT TOUCH. ***** 5 STARS

A lot of trouble trying to pass emissions. These guys went all out trying to find the reason and after a new computer and discovering the raw wires they were finally able to pinpoint the cause and get it fixed. I even lost my temper yelling at them which I promptly apologized for. I appreciate the patience and professionalism. Bobbie from LYFT was great, Thanks again to Kerry's Car Care on N. Fantastic experience and highly recommend! Came in for a oil change and new brakes. Turned out rear shocks needed to be replaced as well. Justin sent photos of extra repairs needed and was also very helpful in explaining their financing options. Work done timely in same day. I will only go to Kerry’s Care Car from now on!!

This was my first time going to a mechanic besides the time I totaled my Audi as a teen (wasn't much to fix then). Fairly pricy, however they are life savers. Took my car in to have its brakes inspected before a trip into the mountains. They said the brakes were fine, but there were some serious problems. Was clearly shown how both my upper and lower control arms were shot. Given enough time/miles, I would of lost control and violently crashed.
