This was my first experience with Kimberley at Kerry's Car on Mariposa. The staff was very welcoming, easy to discuss with them on what you need. They provided me with good advices. Kimberley brought me to see my car and the technicians explained what they discovered and discussed how they could proceed to fix the problem and further study some leaks that were discovered. They provided me with estimates. Overall I did appreciate talking to the technicians personally and for them to take the time to do it. It is not every car services that do that. Personally I find this to be a plus.
