I made an appointment for my mom to get her brakes looked at. They had really convenient online booking, and had appointments the next day available. When arriving for the appointment, the wait was minimal. At the conclusion, Collin was very thorough and kind! He really took the time to explain to my mom what the issue was and recommended a suitable solution for the problem. I had some follow up questions and Collin was very patient with explaining everything I needed to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend this location. It’s difficult to find a car repair place that genuinely makes you feel like you’re being taken care of and considered.

I have taken several vehicles to them. They are fair and fast! Often have same day appointments as well. You will be pleased with them!

I attended your location at 8115 E Raintree in Scottsdale yesterday afternoon for an appointment and this morning. On both locations the service was excellent. My car was fixed this morning and a comprehensive estimate was provided by Labor:Collins. Today was my first time going to kerrys car care and I have to say I am thoroughly pleased with this place. They were honest that i didnt need brakes yet even though my brakes were squeaking and they didnt want me to spend money if it wasnt needed just yet. They took me to the bay and showed me my rotors and explained everything to me so i would understand what was going on. I will definitely be going back for anything having to do with my car. I highly recommend this place!

It was my first visit for a full synthetic oil change and Justin was my advisor. He kept me updated on the progress of my car from start to finish. Justin and the rest of the team did a great job!

I needed to get my oil changed and decided to go back to Kerry's on North Valley Parkway. I love their coupons! Colin was amazing, very polite and courteous! I also was aware that I needed 2 new tires, and obviously a rotation. While they did the oil change and checked my car the tech noticed my rear tires (the newer ones) were starting to wear unevenly and found that my rear shocks were bad. They showed me what was happening. They bundled everything at a price that no one could beat! They even paid for Lyft to give me a ride home! I would definitely recommend them for all your vehicle services!
