I will no longer go anywhere but Kerry's. I made the mistake of making a appointment at another oil change location and my appointment was at 9am and 2 hours later they had not even took my car back I called Kerry's and a wonderful gentleman named Henry said bring in your car now and we will take care of you. They took my car right back and I was out of there in no time. I cannot say enough nice things about Henry just wonderful overall experience.

I have been going to Kerry’s Car Care since early 2021 when I moved here. Justin and maintenance techs , has made Kerry’s car care what it is and why I have not chosen another shop for routine checkups. Justin does not have you pay for anything extra until it’s needed. His personality, top tier customer service, efficiency and communication is why I always come back! Justin deserves a bonus, promotion or both! Thank you Justin ! And Kerry’s car care!!

I have always had such great customer service here at Kerry's! They go above and beyond and are great at communicating. My last visit I worked with Connor. He was great at listening to me and explaning all of the issues and options. So glad to have such a great auto repair location near my house!

My go-to!! These guys are so helpful, positive and don’t overcharge if you don’t need! I’m sorry, but Big Os Tires claimed $2k in work, Kerry’s for 2nd opinion. It was nothing and months later, still perfect. Justin so positive and helped me with a tire patch spur of the moment. Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service. Went in with a check engine light on a used car I recently picked up from a dealership. They did a diagnostic and determined that it was an engine knock sensor, and the engine probably needed to be replaced. They didn’t charge me for the diagnostic. Also while driving back to the dealership they called me and found a warranty that the dealership didn’t inform me about that turned out to be a great negotiation tool when fighting with the dealership. Will be doing all future vehicle services with Kerry’s.

So the place across the street told my daughter $100 for an oil change and Kerrie’s offers an oil change pack for significantly less money. So she made an appointment and went there and her truck apparently needs more oil which makes sense. So Kerry’s was so kind that they gave her this oil change for free and let her know next time to buy the correct oil change package for her truck, which is obviously more money which again makes total sense.(she did not purchase the lower cost package as they gave her todays oil change free) But here’s the point A 17-year-old girl went into a mechanics shop and got treated with respect and care and consideration. Well done guys! as somebody who runs a company where customer success is our only priority. I’m most impressed and the rest of us will be coming to see you in the family. Thank you for that.

The staff is amazing, very honest. This is the only place I will take my car.
