Considering the situation we are in at present, I was very impressed by their regard to social distancing. It was my first visit to Kerry's and I highly recommend it. They're professional and courteous. My car was sanitized before and after service and I appreciate that they are looking out for their staff as well as they're clients.

Work was to be completed In 2 days. After 7 days I had to demand the return of my auto and the work that was preformed had the car half way put back together. There was no follow and whatever work they may have preformed did not fix the problem. I drive by this establishment every day and saw my vehicle in the same parking space for 5 of the 7 days they had my auto. Not only did they not repair my car but then charged me almost $200.00. I took it to another mechanic who diagnose the problem and had the part ordered and repaired I 3 days as promised. I have had my auto serviced here several times in the past and have spent thousands of dollars there, never again their workmanship and follow through are less than anyone would expect.

So far, just tire rotation and fix tire.

Thank you so much for picking up and dropping off my car today, literally to and from my garage, so appreciated during this difficult time. One less stress to worry about. And, I also appreciate Jose taking the time to explain everything to me and help me create a game plan for my future maintenance plan. Thanks guys! 😊
