Went in for a tire balance and alignment. The tire balance was performed perfectly, but when I checked the air pressure (all had more psi than I normally run) I noticed two of the chrome valve stems weren't replaced. Then there's the alignment, or lack thereof. Apparently the machine went down so they couldn't do it. I was told I'd get a call when it's fixed but I haven't. It could still be broken for all I know.

The team at this location has gone above and beyond every time I have brought my vehicles in for service. I am a single mom who has struggled in the past with mechanics taking advantage of me. These guys slow down, answer my numerous questions and listen, really listen, to my concerns. José goes above and beyond every time we come in. So happy to have found this location! Very friendly and accommodating. Fit me in same day, no scare tactics (which is nice since most places will do anything to scare a female into paying more than they should) or hard sales. Will definitely come back for fixes in the future!
