This location is making up for the frustrations that I experienced at the Mariposa location. After being locked into 6 oil changes at Mariposa, and then moving, I gave the Olive location a chance. Just from the oil change I could tell the service was already worlds different, with the tech actually going into details of upcoming service, and notifying me I was low on coolant and it would just be cheaper for me to fill it myself. I called today due to the fact that after a week of our second car sitting, it wouldn't start even with a jumper connection. Frustrated as I am after having dealing with the mariposa location previously saying that it was our alternator just a year after replacing our last battery(and more than 3k in repairs later), we are still dealing with this issue and others. I called trying to maintain my frustration, and Keith the GM was very sympathetic. I said I just wanted to bring the old battery in and get a new one because it should still be under their 2 year warranty, and if this persists we will look into any electrical issues. Within an hour and a half of dropping off my battery and them ordering a new one, I was walking out of the store again. Hooked it up once I got home and it immediately started. This location is earning my trust back for this company, as I was about to start using my old mechanic who is over 25 miles away just to guarantee good service.
