I have been going to Kerry's car Care since 2010 and have had good service from them so I keep going back they are very honest and straightforward. I just got my car back and I had to go back and have them put in the two bolts that hold air filter housing to the frame. Not very happy about that

When my husband and I noticed a leak from my car on New Years Eve, we took our 2016 Explorer into Kerry's. Once they gave us the info we needed to understand what was wrong and the work that would need to be done (via phone), he and I went into the shop to talk with the team in person. We were greeted with professional and knowledgeable gentlemen with our best interest in mind. Since cars aren't my expertise they helped me to understand what the problem was, what the job would entail, and offered additional solutions to help save time and money in the long run. Although the price was unexpected (due to the nature of the problem and the extensive labor), Anthony helped us problem solve. We made informed decisions with input from experienced and well trained techs. The best service Kerry's offers, aside from the men and women they employ, is their warranty. They stand behind their work, they do it right, and they don't expect to have to use the warranty- because they're that good and their confidence is assuring. Thanks, team. I had a oil pressure warning light come on , it was fixed within about 2.5 hrs after i brought in the vehicle. Thank you

My car broke down in the parking lot one night I parked it in front of their shop when they were closed I looked them up online and discovered they had an automated appointment option that worked so easy I set an appointment for the next morning. That night I went you tube and seen all the different things that could have been wrong with my car based on the symptoms my car had almost all the repairs were going to be in the thousands Head Gasket , Oil Pump , roller bearings. As I sat at home I prepared to spend 1800 to 3400. They kept me updated with text messages everytime they discovered An issue it ended up being a 190.00 a full inspection and diagnostic , an oil sending switch, engine flush drain plug, and oil change and fuel system flush because I had 1.5 quarts to much oil. They could have done what many other shops would have and said it was something else and made alot more money but they didn't 598.00 later and the same day I was Rollin. Integrity is doing the right thing when nobody's looking. That's what they are about very knowledgeable. My car rides like a dream now. Don't get ripped off somewhere else do your research then take your car to Kerry's.
