This will be lengthy...... BUT GREAT! 1ST I went to have my oil change done and a few other things looked at. Not only was the communication right on point but they went above and beyond for my vehicle and myself. On top of everything else, my truck was slammed into by some idiot drinking and driving while I was there to pick it up. They stayed open well beyond 5pm to help with everything. My gratitude goes beyond a simple thank you. I will always recommend this place and this crew for everything they did for me. To Brady and everyone who was there, THANK YOU! You all are the best. Is the worst place I've ever came to work on my car my engine light came back on 2 days after i got my car back and i took it to another place and i was told the work wasn't done right at Kerry's. They were never straight forward with me about anything i had to keep calling them and half the time they don't even answer their phoned and brady was very rude and talked down to me and they kept my. Car long and wouldn't give me an estimate of when it would be done. Never go to these guys again and don't trust these guys their a bunch of snakes.i tried getting in touch with the manager and she never called back and i reported these guys to the better bureau business in arizona.

Great service to check vehicle before purchasing. Took time to explain all to me. Prices posted for services look great and I will probably use for servicing on my car when needed

Honest and reliable!

Easy to set an appointment online. Quick check in and completion of oil change. I should have opted out of air filter replacement, as the mark up is excessive and something I have done plenty of times on my own.

Went in to get a serpentine and tensioner belt done and they spent the first 3 hours trying to find things that needed to be replaced or repaired. Told me I needed a new water pump I put a new one in eight thousand miles ago. Said I had problems with my air conditioner which was replaced 10 months ago. The cost for replacing the serpentine and tensioner was double what the price should be. So it was because of the warranty you can take the warranty off. That brought it down $13 then he said oh I can bring it down more. They came up with a list of things to do that came to $5500. I also posted a review on their website. It did not show up the only review that are listed on their site are 5 Star. If you look elsewhere you can see that not all people were thrilled with their service
