We have had a very amazing experience with this company. We were stuck with a bad transmission in our only car and not only did they take us in on the same day, but they made extra efforts to ensure we were getting the best deal. Our car was continuing to show errors after the first transmission replacement and rather than giving up, Kerry's went through the extra effort to find us another transmission and redo the work. When they were officially done they were even flexible with our pick up day to allow us to get our finances in order first. With their warranty protection on the transmission we know we are in good hands. They even made recommendations regarding our finance payments to allow us to not waste our money in the long run. Overall amazing customer service and a great experience despite our very unfortunate situation. Thank you Kerry's! *Will update if any issues occur past this point.*

This shop took excellent care of my family's 2010 Toyota 4Runner. Got the oil changed with fully synthetic and a detailed inspection was performed. It was done in around an hour for under $70 with a coupon. Customer service was excellent.

I pretty much had my whole ac and water pump replaced with these guys. Although it was crazy expensive (like 4k) and stressful to have to fork over so much money (1k cuz I have a full warranty on my car) I do feel a sense of comfort and confidence knowing that the issue has been fixed and that Kerry’s guarantees their work for 5 years. If my a/c messes up again they will fix it for free. You pay for quality work and having the work that they put into my ac backed for 5 years in Arizona, I feel, is worth it.
