Had my air conditioner finally fail while visiting family in Phoenix. They seemed very knowledgeable, explained what it needed, and what they were doing very clearly, and were able to complete it in one day, so that I could continue my trip. Satisfied customer!

Appreciate that they got me in and out very quickly! My son and I have both had our vehicles repaired here. Today I went in for an overdue oil change and just generally checking things out ahead of the summer heat. They could have tried to pressure me into some further work, but they didn't. They noted some things that will need attention sometime in the near future and explained them thoroughly to me. Period. I really appreciated that.

Recently purchased a new vehicle and brought it to Kerry’s too have it looked over and inspected as well as an oil change. Also had the transmission serviced and coolant flushed. Service was great and the team members were very helpful, they let me know what they found and had photos to show. Would recommend.

We have had a very amazing experience with this company. We were stuck with a bad transmission in our only car and not only did they take us in on the same day, but they made extra efforts to ensure we were getting the best deal. Our car was continuing to show errors after the first transmission replacement and rather than giving up, Kerry's went through the extra effort to find us another transmission and redo the work. When they were officially done they were even flexible with our pick up day to allow us to get our finances in order first. With their warranty protection on the transmission we know we are in good hands. They even made recommendations regarding our finance payments to allow us to not waste our money in the long run. This shop took excellent care of my family's 2010 Toyota 4Runner. Got the oil changed with fully synthetic and a detailed inspection was performed. It was done in around an hour for under $70 with a coupon. Customer service was excellent.
