Great custom service. Fast, fair, and efficient

I just thought the labor charge to change out a battery was excessive. $109. Also, $43 in fees and I don’t know what they’re for. But I was in a bind and running very late to work.

Only four stars, alignment is great so far. However, I was Quoted $117.13 for an alignment. When I was picking up the vehicle they tried to tack on a $12.92 "service fee", guy ringing me up could not explain what it was for. Manager (slick) said it was for their labor and power tools, same guy that quoted $117.13 in the morning. Yet the mysterious "service fee"discount on my receipt says "discount on labor $12.92" Kinda shady not quoting the service fee, plus someone was complaining about AC work when I was dropping my vehicle off.

I never knew about Kerry's Car Care until I seen a flyer in the mail with these discounts. They even offered a free lyft ride to where I need to be. I was very satisfied with their service because they went above and beyond. No wonder why I waited for awhile because everyone wants to go there for vehicle maintenance. I like this place.
