Every time we've been to the shop Jason (another Jason) and Bobby (service writers) along w/ Chris (store manager) have treated us with a smile and courtesy. These guys know what customer service is. Remember that.....well its here at Kerry's in Northwest Phoenix. I'm sure it's at their other location in Glendale too. I say that because Kerry (the owner) and Chris stopped by my house last week with a present for my garage. Chris' wife Leah created for us garage wall art out of our 74 Vette's oil pan that Jason replaced. It is so cool! Leah took our old oil pan and attached it to distressed wood and added some personal touch's with pictures, a wire outline of a Stingray and the words "Every part makes a car". The words here don't do it justice. We were blown away by this gester. I don't know any other shop that takes their time and $$ to make wall art for their clients. Thanks Leah! Took the Saturn in for a very needed oil change and everyone was so nice and helpful. The car runs great, except for the needed repairs which I cannot get done for another couple months. All is great and I will return when necessary. Have a good weekend, ya'll!

Great service and very quick!

I took my vehicle to Kerry's and at first they seemed nice until I told them that I couldn't get all the recommended work done. They told me it's because I do drugs and proceeded to curse at me. Highly rude and unprofessional.

Kerry's Car Care stands by their commitment. I had my water pump and timing belt fixed 10 months ago and unfortunately, the water pump started leaking last week. They conveniently serviced my car immediately and put a new water pump at no cost. This a 3 hour job and a $150 part that they did for FREE. If you ever get serviced at Kerry's Car Care, you can depend on them to stand by their word %100. Great Job Guys.

Although I ended up having no work done at your shop, I want to thank Gary Rayburn for being very understanding regarding the blown engine in my Toyota Tacoma. I will definitely use your shop in the future as well as recommend your business to friends and family. Thanks!
