I've been taking my cars to Kerry's since 1999. Great service, honest advice and fair prices. They've always treated me fair. They've serviced my cars well past 200k miles. Like the dealership without the high prices. I would recommend them to anyone.

RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! THEY WILL ONLY "PRETEND" TO CARE UNTIL YOUR CAR NEEDS TO GET FIXED. YOU'LL QUICKLY FIND OUT THEY DON"T CARE ABOUT YOUR POCKET BOOK WHEN THEY QUOTE YOU THE REPAIR ESTIMATES OVER THE PHONE.

Not really happy how does a 19.95 oil change become $65. My husband asked him about it and they said it wasn't valid We got it in the mail yesterday! Be happy to talk to someone about it

People I can trust are hard to come by. I have always been able to walk away from Kerry's knowing that I got honesty! Always gonna be my permanant shop!! <3

I brought my car to the shop because it was making noise from the engine, had power issues, and had issues with dash. Once the noise was repaired (serpentine belt) I received a call saying it cost $800 and recommending several other services to address the power issues for an additional $800 which I approved (totaling $1600). Was told the car would be repaired and ready later that day. While on my way to pickup the car, I received a phone call saying that the vehicle was still not ready, there were still issues. The following day, I received a call saying it would cost an additional $1000 to replace the catalytic converter. I removed the car without doing this repair as I had already spent $1600 and I couldn't afford to spend anymore. All that was offered was a $100 credit off the bill. When driving the vehicle to work then home after removing the car, I experienced worse power/performance issues than I had when I brought the vehicle to the shop and I now had an overheating problem. Brought the vehicle back to the shop asking them to consider a discount on the catalytic converter repair since the previous repairs had a bad issue worse. I was told this vehicle took a weird path for diagnosis and that the vehicle was not drive tested until after they had completed the full $1600 repair. I asked for consideration for discount on catalytic converter repair given the fact the wrong issue was addressed but could get no help. If you go to a restaurant and they give you the wrong order, the customer doesn't have to pay for it but at Kerry's Car Care I guess that's not the case. They really shouldn't diagnose power/driving issues, without driving the vehicle. It's not fair to guess, then go asking for more money. This will be my last experience with these guys.

Ridiculously overpriced! I had called Kerrys Car Care due to their reviews and BBB certification but quickly realized how their business actually works. I had called the store asking for quote to put an engine in my car, (which is a 2000 civic) and was given a quote of $2,100, Im only a student working a part time job and was willing to pay that price which seemed pretty reasonable over the phone.. As soon as they opened, I had called a tow truck to take the car over there which is about 9 miles away from where I lived and was going to proceed with them doing the work, went inside their office and was treated as though I had never any contact with theme at all and when was asked for a quote on paper, was told it would be $2,500. Already a $400 dollar price jump... Then after receiving it ON paper. The guy who was helping me, went out to look at my car and told me that it would actually cost more and then gave me another quote for more than $2700! They are very deceitful and although theyou have a nice looking office and will always be smiling , they are like every other mechanic, looking to scam and work dishonestly on people cars. Do not be scammed or listen to what they have to say. I am not just the bad apple here either. Previous reviews have reported similar issues or them having work and being pressures into fixing other things.. BE CAREFUL.

I trust taking my car in because i know it will be fixed correctly and the treatment i receive from the front staff makes my visit comfortable.
