I've been coming here for 15 years. I like the way they take care of me. Rob and Gary are professionals. From oil changes to head gaskets, their work stands apart. We've got over 100,000 on our Expedition, and I bet we get 100,000 more if we keep going here.

Took the Saturn in for a very needed oil change and everyone was so nice and helpful. The car runs great, except for the needed repairs which I cannot get done for another couple months. All is great and I will return when necessary.

I came to Kerry's thinking my ac compressor was going out and putting too much strain on my engine. I am female but know a thing or two about vehicles. They did a complete test and completely bled and refilled my coolant to insure there was no more air pockets. They also were able to squeeze in an oil change. All for less than $100. They could have told me it was the compressor and changed it but they were completely honest. I will continue to come back here from here on out. Great Service!!!

Kerry's Car Care stands by their commitment. I had my water pump and timing belt fixed 10 months ago and unfortunately, the water pump started leaking last week. They conveniently serviced my car immediately and put a new water pump at no cost. This a 3 hour job and a $150 part that they did for FREE. If you ever get serviced at Kerry's Car Care, you can depend on them to stand by their word %100. Great Job Guys.

This was my first visit to Kerry's Car Care and was very pleasantly surprised . My first impression as I walked into the office was that I was in some other shop! Not your ordinary looking car repair shop. Very nicely decorated and I was greeted with a friendly hello. They were very proud of the new family owned shop. Even though I just needed a oil change the whole experience was the "Extra Mile " that I feel is so important. in any service. I was there about 1/2 hour and was very comfortable in the pleasant nicely decorated waiting room. The leather chairs are so comfortable. One other woman came in and said the same remarks as I .. It was her first visit too. I certainly will return for my next oil change and other items that need future service, I am a very visual person and it was a wonderful experience . Great location too! I hate getting work done on my cars as I never quite know if I am getting a honest dealing. Kerry's price was fair and more importantly, their service was honest. Bobby spent 10 minutes with me after I already paid, showing me every detail of the service on my car. I completely feel comfortable sending my wife there without me, which speaks to their honest approach. I'll be a customer for life.

I've been going to Kerry's for almost four years and I will NEVER go anywhere else. I have a 2010 Nissan Cube and since it's the first car I've ever owned and purchased on my own, I have always kept up with the maintenance with the help from Kerry's. It wasn't until this past Summer (2016) where I started slacking; to the point where I had a check engine light (what a bummer). After running the codes, it turned out that along with a few other issues, the main concern was my catalytic converter. Kerry's staff really went ABOVE AND BEYOND in researching the manufacture warranty for my Cube. JUST in time, my car was at around 78,000 miles in which the catalytic converter can be replaced if under 80,000 miles! Shoutout to ALEX for helping a girl out! ALEX, you saved me SO MUCH MONEY and I am forever thankful for your patience in educating me along the way, calling me to go over everything with my car, and for taking time to look through my Nissan handbook to locate the page where it states the coverage for the manufacturer warranty. You made my life so easy and effortless when I had to send my Cube to the dealership! Kerry's is the REAL MVP when it comes to excellent customer service, I will always recommend my friends and family to you.
