This was my first time going to Kerry's and it was such an unpleasant experience. I will never go back. My air conditioning was blowing hot air. They diagnosed the problem and called me with a quote to fix the AC. I authorized the charge and when I picked up my car it was still blowing hot air so they said to bring it back to check it out. They failed to do their due diligence in providing me with the service they promised to repair the air conditioning. Not only did I paid $240 and still not have my issue resolved, but they wanted to charge me an additional $116 to perform further testing, which I declined. They advertise that they guarantee to repair it correctly the first time and I was happy to go there because of their great reviews and 3-year warranty. However, their actions do not align with their words. They refused to refund my money and I drove away 8 HOURS later without an adequate repair and very unhappy.

Great service. Great work. For 18 years and 6 different cars. Dealership quality without the dealership price. Over 500K miles on my cars and they have done all the service and maintenance. I highly recommend.

I've been going to Kerry's for over 18 years now. Just a simple oil change. I always buy the 5 oil changes for $89 (I think that's the price), it's a great deal and I put a lot of miles on my vehicle so it works out good. the last vehicle I had was at 208K miles and running strong, my current vehicle is at 65K, doing good (Kerry's has put on new brakes, trans flush, tires, alignment, etc.) and it runs great. Kerry's has done all the maintenance on all my vehicles. Like I've said before it's dealership work without the dealership cost. I always highly recommend Kerry's.

It's unusual to find an auto shop you can trust and feel good about. I have trusted Kerry's with my vehicles for years and always feel confident about the work they do. Their customer service is outstanding. The employees are great, they are a big reason I will continue to go back as long as I have a car.

I generally do most of my own work and have done so for about 50 years. The particular task I went in for pretty much required a lift, which I do not have at home, and I didn't really have more time to tackle the job myself. They got me in, got the job done and out within the time stated. The cost was within range of what I expected. No surprises, I am satisfied with the outcome. Kerry's has been around for a long time, with almost perfect reviews, so they must be doing something right.

The staff at Kerry's went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. They were kind and patient. Gary took the time to explain what needed to be done to keep my car running well and gave me options that would best fit my budget. He arranged for a shuttle to take me home and pick me up. The gentleman who drove the shuttle was polite and made me feel comfortable. By far, the best experience I've encountered when it comes to an auto shop. Thank you Kerry's!
