They purposely rip you off. There’s no talking to them in a nice manner when you call them out. The lady up front disrespects you and kicks you out! Very rude!!
Please let us know when you were in our Glendale store, as we have no record of Melinda Minshall. Our staff recalls an incident with a young man by the name of Jeff, who came in to pick-up a relative's vehicle, he wanted to negotiate the price approved by the vehicles owner on two separate calls 4/24/18 @ 4:00 pm and on 4/30/18 @ 2:00 pm.. When Jeff was informed that there would be no negotiation, he became aggressive, loud and threatening to the staff that "they didn't know who they were dealing with". Jeff was asked to please pay what was due, yet he continued with his aggressive behavior, stating he was going to tell everyone that he knows and give Kerry's a bad review. Jeff was asked to leave, upon his departure from the lobby, he encountered a technician and began his barrage of questions and complaints. When the technician returned to the shop area, Jeff left. If however you are not Jeff, It seems we have failed to serve you the way you deserve. That is unacceptable. Thank you for taking the time to bring up these issues via your review. We are looking into this and need to identify when you were in our shop, please advise us so we can speak to the staff members involved.
