Vehicle service was outstanding as usual However for the first time in over 10 years we were a little disappointed in the front icustomer service they failed to give us a call on the status of my vehicle as a result vehicle stayed for an extra two days in the shop. to their credit they tried make up for it by giving me a free oil change. we’ve been loyal customer for over ten years and will continue to take our vehicles to Kerry’s

Seems pricy but their warranty is good so that’s comforting. They have coupons for discounts which helped bring the price down to a little higher than normal (it was astronomical before that). I was in a bind so I was willing to work with that. Great customer service!

Service with a smile. Clean facility. Very reasonable pricing. Oh and when they called me when my truck was finished they offered to come pick me up at my house! I will definitely be returning when further maintenance is needed.
