I took my van in Nov 13th 2023 at 7a.m. to get a simple oil change and tire rotation. Angel was assigned to my vehicle and had been before to perform a very long diagnostic to have no answer. I needed a radio. But this time after oil change and tire rotation I drove my van to my first clients house, the ABS light came on. I returned to Kerry's on Dunlap and 43rd to make them aware of the issue. They then told me it needed a diagnostic. But see the problem is that they damaged a speed sensor wire behind one of my tires. They refuse to accept accountability for it and expected me to pay for a diagnostic. We have used Kerry's for over 9 years. We won't be any longer. This is a simple fix, it less than an hour to replace the wire, they just needed to remove the wheels one by one till they found the damaged wire, then simply replace it. But no, they refused and refused to do anything at all about it. So we have reported them to the BBB. This place has become a fraud after being taken over by big corp. I was forced to click 5 stars to get it to publish my review, let's see how long it stays up.

I hesitated to write a review as the car felt different...I think I've gotten used to that feeling now. Aside from some communication issues the first time I was in, I must say, overall things have been positive and I hope to call "you" my go to facility from now on. Thanks to all.

Cody was great in helping assist the troubleshooting of the car and offered lift services for the services as well. The transaction was very smooth and the changing of alternator & serpentine belt was surprisingly quick.
