Family owned, honest, and great customer service. My van has been in there two times in the past month. The first time was for a large cooling system problem, which they worked with my warranty company. The second time was for an electrical problem. They had the van for two days and put it through numerous tests. It must have been a loose connection of some sort. They gave it back to me without the problem occurring again, and best of all, they did it for no charge. This is my new shop for any vehicle that I own. I highly recommend them.

I live right in the neighborhood.. Gone a few times.. I come from a big family and 3 other of my family members have also taken there cars here for regular maintenance. So my opinion is based from 4 different individuals whom we all have received rude service from the staff. They don't acknowledge you as a consumer. My brother went once and his engine stalled out. He had read from previous reviews that the same thing had happened to another consumer. I honestly wouldn't even risk giving this place a try.

Today my husband went into your Glendale location for an oil change and had a coupon for a $21.95 AC inspection. 2 hours later after sitting in the lobby he is charged over $200. Long story short I go in the shop and talk to the kid at the counter. He is super apologetic and tells me my husband approved for the work to be done. That the camera in the lobby can confirm that. So I ask to see the video where my husband is informed of the work and the cost. He brings Over Alex, the general manager. Alex was extremely rude. I explained the situation and he apologized but says maybe my husband shouldn’t be approving transactions when he has worked long hours and is exhausted. I ask to see their Camera and he says “no, we don’t need to, i witnessed when the other guy got his approval” I request video Anyway and he said he has to email corporate. I asked him to go ahead. He said he is going to be honest with me and tells me I’m Not getting a refund. The guys upstairs are too busy playing golf they’re not going to Bother with my request. I’m so angry at this point. So in the interim of that, another guy asks if I am in the vehicle that got work done. I said no. He asks if I could check for a single black key. That it belongs to another customer and one of the Mechanics thinks he may have dropped it in my car. I called my daughter at home To ask and she confirms the key was in my car. The guy says they will go get it and I said that’s fine but I wasn’t going straight home and would be about an hour. When I did get home, about 45 mins later. I went to Check for the key and it was gone. My daughter said some guy from A shop came Knocking asking for the key so went out to give it to him and that he followed her to the car and she was scared. I am beyond upset and I do hope the Alex guy emailed Corporate and someone contacts me. I have a 15 year old teenage daughter who was home alone. I asked them to not go to my house for another hour. They deliberately ignored my request. All because they were irresponsible to yet another customer. If upper management sees this, contact me because this needs to be resolved. I will not stay quiet about this. Your employee came to my door when asked not to and he frightened my daughter. That is unacceptable. The world is crazy as is and people are sketchy. Too many young kids missing and for your employees to go against your customer’s wishes and show up to my home?! We need to talk!

This was the first auto center that found the problems with my Chrysler Town & Country. It was jerking and kept cutting off and they kept it for three days and found it needed spark plugs and my alternator was killing my battery. I do recommend this company if your insurance will cover repairs because they are expensive.

This was my first time going to Kerry's for repairs and I had an overall positive experience. Mike, the technician who handled my repairs, was courteous and helpful. I felt as though he had my best interest in mind when suggesting repairs. The customer service felt as though they wanted me as a repeat customer.
