Great customer service and honest service I can trust.

Kerry's Airpark Auto Service was excellent! I went in for a second opinion for a potential major repair and they got me in on short notice to diagnose the problem and they actually took me under my vehicle to show me the issue! They proposed a step-wise approach to fixing the immediate minor issue first and recommended a diagnostic approach to determine if the potential major repair is needed. I highly recommmend them for an honest second opinion!

Great service in response to a walk in attempt to resolve a serious dashboard warning. Fairly major work was required (our Acura has 115,000 miles on it), I asked them to do the routine service on it while they had it; they took care of finding a rental car for me on one of the busiest rental car days of the year; they paid for it; and had my car finished within four hours of my first walking into their shop. And I discovered later that they had repaired something that I forgot to ask them to repair, but that had been bugging me for months. It would be hard to top this service experience.

Took car in for safety check before long road trip. They found major problems with front suspension. I approved the work and picked up car at end of the day and started the trip next day. Car handled well but i noticed a noise in left front on every rough stretch. Took car back in when i returned and the young woman who did the suspension work rode with me to hear the noise. After hearing it, she took car in the shop and resolved the problem. Very pleased

Service here has always been excellent. I've used Airpark Auto for years. I was a bit taken aback by the costs of repairs I encountered today though.

I'm very happy with how friendly and quick the service was for my oil change. I was in and out within 35-40 mins.

Kerry's incredible team is thorough, skilled, fun, honest, transparent, kind and supportive. John recently went to battle for me with a dealership that sold me a known lemon. I feel safe at Kerry's!
