Arizona Auto Repair

After booking my appointment Kerry's would go through the service of inspecting my vehicle and tell me what they found about problem that I had discussed prior. I receive a call shortly about what they found, the best way to take care of it and how much the cost would be. After having time off of work I was able to follow through with the repairs do to business shutting down/loss of money, but I was met with compassion and understanding for my issues. The manager very kindly gave me a reduced cost trying what she could to save me as much money as possible and followed up with past purchases I had made that were still under warranty so she made my experience go from i can't purchase the repair to getting the vehicle covered and going the full mile with a tune up, resetting my alignment and making sure I was aware of each step going forward.

They picked my car up at 10:00 a.m. on a Saturday for an oil change. weren't able to do a simple oil change and wheel alignment by the end of the day. I kindly offered to let them keep the car and asked them to return it on Sunday, which I was told is possible. Guess what? The place is closed on Sundays. It appears the employees don't know the hours of service. Terrible service.

I absolutely LOVE Kerry's. I have always had a pleasant experience and the staff go above and beyond to make sure my car is running smoothly. As a young female, I have always felt like mechanics try to rip me off and make me get things unnecessarily fixed. Not Kerry's - they talk me through everything, bring me back to see the issues with my car, and always suggest I do some research before deciding if I feel like I should get work done. They even walked me through how I can do monthly checks on my fluids for in between visits. They also always look to get me the best price. The nicest staff I have ever met! THANK YOU!

Pretty expensive for an oil change. Normally a Jiffy Lube guy and with a 50% off coupon at Kerry’s the oil change was double my normal Jiffy Lube. 🤨🤨

We refer to Kerry’s by one of our neighbors here in Scottsdale just near the Airpark. We took a chance on this company and I’m really glad that we did! The estimate we had received from another repair shop was almost 30% higher. In the other shop was in this vicinity as well. They’ve earned my business through honest estimates in reasonable shop rates. This is an honest review and I recommend that you give them a try. A family of five here in Scottsdale.

Very good service on an oil change. No up selling and done on time!
