I had just picked up my Escalade from Earnhardt Cadillac from getting the airbag replaced bc of a recall. They had told me that I needed new brakes bc they were at 2mm. From past experiences with them lying to me, watering down my car fluids leaving burnt oil in the car and not changing/fixing what I paid them to and then going to Kerry’s to have it done right... I drove down the street and had Kerry’s look at my brakes and no big surprise they were double what Earnhardt said! They were at 4 mm. They still need to be replaced soon, 3mm is the magic number but the Cadillac dealer lied to me! I will be back to Kerry’s soon to get my brakes changed! Thank you for always doing a great job, being truthful, and for having amazing customer service!

Great friendly service at a great price. Actually walked in by mistake (was looking for another auto repair down the street) but they took me right away and I am totally satisfied with the repair. Turned out to be a good mistake.

Went in for an oil change at 8 AM was told they’d do a bumper to bumper inspection, when they came back with some other issues I declined since I was taking my car back to my home town in a week and had a shop our family takes our cars into. Once I declined I could tell the quality of service was different for the worse and they were displeased I did not take them up on their offer of testing and fixing up my car. A simple oil change kept me waiting for 2 hours as I left the shop at 10 AM and a part of me believes it was purposeful. Will not be returning for further help.

Very nice auto repair shop. Got my oil change done fairly quickly and they even had someone shuttle me around in the meantime. Family oriented business, with relaxed professionals working on your car. Highly recommend.
