James was an excellent representative for the company and took very good care of us and our vehicle, which was not an easy task ('73 FJ40 with a mix/match of various years for components). They treated our vehicle better than a lot of hospitals treat patients! They diagnosed the problems, made their recommendations, gave us an exact estimate and kept us posted on the vehicles progress. Our satisfaction was great enough that we brought in 2 more vehicles, one of which, needed new struts on the front end for which even the dealer could not get parts, these guys had them in stock. I have already made numerous referrals. A business run the way a business should be run! Excellent work to all who played a part....THANK YOU!!

New to Arizona and having no one here to ask who may be good in the area, I found Kerry's on line. The website was impressive and the reviews were good so I took a chance. Tyler was great! He was ready for us when we walked in, was very friendly and informative. I felt very comfortable and the work was done in about an hour. The pricing was reasonable too. I was so happy I signed up for the Five Pack deal! I'll be back with my other car and highly recommend them to anyone:)

BE CAREFUL...THEY WILL LEAD YOU IN WITH A LOW PRICE (AND EVEN WELL DONE OIL CHANGE...BUT THEY ARE HORRIBLE TO WORK WITH IF YOU HAVE A REAL ISSUE). Not sure what to say...they are a combination of incompetence...AND, complete lack of communication. On multiple occasions they have had my car for multiple days. I had a check engine light come on...$2,000 would fix it...completely! Then it did not. Then they charged another $500+ to fix the problem they did not fix. THEN...when this fix did not work they wanted to charge me $300+ for the parts for spark plugs (like this would clear the check engine light), and another $300 for labor for the plugs. Went to Babbit Motor Werx immediately after to figure out the truth and get them to clear my code. $330 all in for the plugs and the labor. In short...DO NOT TRUST KERRY'S AT ANY OF THEIR LOCATIONS...IF THEY ARE LIKE THIS AT AIRPARK THEY ARE LIKE THIS ALL OVER. WHAT A RIP OFF. IF YOU CHOOSE TO IGNORE MY WARNING, GET READY FOR THE CHARGES!!!!

I wish to commend your staff and mechanics, particularly James, Ethan and Tim. We had a very troublesome and extended problem with my 2000 Lexus and a Check Engine light which indicated defective knock sensor(s). After multiple visits, leaving the car with you for days each time, your staff worked very hard to find the source of the problem. During the most recent visit, they switched out the sensors again, installed new cables, and finally traced the problem to a defect in the ECM. Even now the light is still on, I know from experience that the car is safe to drive; and I plan to have the codes read to make sure that no other codes show up. I also commend your company for honoring your warranty on all the additional work and time expended. I would recommend Airpark Auto to my family and acquaintances. Thank you for all your efforts!

James confirmed on the phone he would honor the $39.99 synthetic oil change price from my expired coupon. Very nice customer service I thought. I neglected to physically present the coupon. I didn’t think it was important since it was expired anyway. I was WRONG about this. I knew I’d have trouble when James told me he “had” to replace the cabin filter also for a grand total of $222. Then he asked for the coupon, which I did not have. I said that apparently he wasn’t going to get me on the upsale but would on the oil change. Double the coupon price. I asked if I could please pay the 80 bucks and get out of there. After James first condescendingly explained the use of a coupon, his manager jumped in to explain the physical presentation of a coupon approximately 3 additional times. I asked two more times if I could pay for the service. She wanted to continue to have it out with me, apologize to James that he had to deal with me, and add in dramatic fashion that I cannot come back. I would swallow a handful of broken glass before I’d get in 100 yards of that miserable woman ever again. Very important to physically present coupons or be lectured incessantly like you’re a mentally disabled child, which I am not. Please save yourself the nightmare and go to Midas. UPDATE: There is no scan code or anything on the coupon. Beastly manager barked at me about how coupons are the same at the auto body shop as the grocery store. False. You have to scan those coupons. It was a way to get in me in the door and TRY to charge $142 to replace the cabin filter I could get for 10 or twenty bucks at Auto Zone.

At Kerry’s Car Care we pride ourselves on our work and our warranty. Along with this, we offer great direct mail coupons directly to customers around the valley throughout the months. These coupons are to be brought in and attached to the finalized invoice when completed. So while you are correct that the ones at the grocery store are scanned, ours are physically kept and attached. In addition to this, we will also accept expired Kerry's Car Care coupons as well as current competitors coupons as long as the coupon is present and can be attached to the final invoice. Thank you for your understanding.
