Drove in from PA and needed an oil change and check up before driving home. Made an appointment with no problem. The employees were all friendly and responsive. The customer area is clean and neat and there are comfortable chairs if you are waiting. The tech came out and explained he checked everything out and that I should get a new filter for the interior - he showed me the dirty filter. I was in and out in little more than an hour. I will definitely return when I am next in Scottsdale.

I needed an oil change "today", which was also late afternoon! I called 5, 6 places nearby & got NO's. Came across Kerry's, & though not as close as I was looking for...I got a cheerful yes & was out the door. They could not have been nicer. Informed me about the codes that my service engine light reflected, but didn't try & push added services as some places are prone to do...which I appreciated. Ashton gave me my oil choices, but did not "push" the pricier option. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my vehicle back to them for oil changes or additional work. Waiting area was comfortable & accommodating. As a nice warm fuzzy, I learned I could bring my dog with as well...& they didn't flinch when hearing that could mean 3 Mastiffs! The only thing I would have liked to see due to the pandemic is everyone wearing masks, especially in the lobby area. That would allow me to refer them to many who otherwise might not use. Still...I give them 5 STARS!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Have always enjoyed working with Airpark Auto for our car needs. Have been going there for 25 years and despite different owners and management, they have always stayed consistent with their service.

We will forever be a raving fan of Kerry's Airpark Auto Service. We have a relatively new RV with an extended warranty. We had used Kerry's before for our general maintenance and oil changes but this time it blew a hydraulic line. Our leveling jacks and steering were shot. The RV dealership we purchased from had a several month wait list so we thought we'd give Kerry's a try for something more challenging. Wow! they were far better than the RV dealership. I did not know that they have a mechanic on site that is approved by Good Sam for RV repair. They were fast, clean and the workmanship was superior to Camping World. We will now be going to Kerry's for our other vehicles as well. We also love the fact that Kerry's is family owned and in our neighborhood.
