It was late in the day and my ac quit working. They performed a diagnostic check on my car. Ultimately my compressor needed to be replaced. Adam kept me updated during this whole process. I was informed of all work and fees prior to the actual work being done for my approval. The customer service is outstanding. No doubt I would recommend them to others for vehicle repairs or service.

Loved the friendly service & the caring atmosphere that was given by Tammy at the Airpark location. She made me feel at ease with her demeanor. She was very complete and thorough and kept me up to date on my vehicle! My 25 year old son met her on the day my car was done and this were his exact words..."Man dad she is such a sweetheart! I wrote a not so glowing review previously; Tammy called me to see how they could make it right. I brought the car back in and they put it on the lift and showed me what they found. They ordered the parts (it really was the struts) and fixed the issue completely. Thanks much for taking care of my older Toyota Rav4.

I took my truck to Kerry's because the AC was blowing hot air. They got me right in, found the problem and did the repairs. I think I found a shop for future maintenance.
