Arizona Auto Repair

I had work done at kerrys on 67th av. Sparks plug replacement, hoses and oil change. I been going to that location for years.its the only place I take my car. 2 days after having work done my car (while driving to work on freeway in Scottsdale), which is a turbo, I had no "gitty-up." I called Jason(Kerry's @ 67th Av.) and he went right to work on a solution. He called Kerry's at the airpark. Tammy the GM was so great! She had her guys drive to my salon , pick my car up and take it to the shop. The two guys that showed up were so accommodating. I felt this level of service was above and beyond. I was so impressed that they did that for me. Auto repair language is not a language I speak (lol) ,but they fixed my issue with such easy, no stress, every person I had contact with treated me with such care and concern for my safety. I'm telling you I will never take my car anywhere but Kerry's . I work in a service industry, and my experience with Kerry's was a perfect example of a first initial interaction, addressing the problem, getting a solution, and a amazing follow through to the end. Customer service was impeccable!

Oil change and tire rotation. Reasonable, professional and thorough.

Took my 2500 Dodge PU with a serious issue when driving over trash on the 101 that fell out of another vehicle that tore up my radiator fan and fancluch, shroud and other parts. James gave me an estimate in advance so when I picked up my truck the price was as quoted and the work was done properly within a decent amount of time for repairs....5 star

Needed my A/C unit and vents cleaned out. They got me in and out in and hour on the same day I called. This place is great!

Used them for an oil change and they noted that my brakes needed to be serviced. They quoted a reasonable cost, and were able to take me in on short notice. Jason (sp?) Jon James and the general manager (Tammy?) were all very professional and pleasant to deal with. They will get all my auto work going forward.
