Kerry's repaired the coolant fluid issues on my son's Jetta and per usual, went above and beyond! When his car broke down on a 101 off-ramp, I called to inform them we were having it towed to them. While waiting for the tow truck, a car pulled up with two mechanics from Kerry's, hoping to fix it on the spot, if possible. They actually diagnosed the problem right on the side of the road, waited with us for the tow truck, and then gave us a ride home! As regular customers, that is the kind of customer service we have always received. It is rare to find that these days. We will never use another shop to service our vehicles. None can compare. Kerry's is simply the best. And they really do care.

Outstanding service, and very honest! They gave me a lot of information. I took my BMW X6 in for a 2nd opinion and received outstanding service. even after they knew that I would not fix my car (I decided it was time to retire my 2012) and probably not get the recommended services. They kept their word and didn't charge me a dime even though I offered to pay something because the service was so good I felt guilty not paying something.
