I worked with Brian Hooper and I was not disappointed. From the diagnosis, which was a puzzler, to finding the part in California, to the ultimate fix, I was delighted at the service and communication. Competent people and nice!

These guys are professional and amazing. I took my truck in for an oil change and they found that the water pump was leaking. The truck is fairly new and under warranty. They delivered the vehicle to the dealership. When I spoke to the dealership they said the "Kerrys" guys were amazing.

Fast and great service

I had a friends truck towed to Kerry's due to loss of power. The truck would be fine fir a day or two then no power what so ever. Then in a couple more days it would run and be fine then just shut off, windshield wipers would come on by themselves and not turn off. James and Andy put up with me asking thousand and one questions. But they dug into the truck and found the issue. The vehicle had lost all communication. After running through every possibility and having programmers come to re program the communications nodule. Andy bless his heart put up with my questions and dought. When they were able to complete the work we were a rough place. Tammy worked with us and gave us time to get the funds together. I'm thankful for everyone. When we went to go get the truck Andy saw me walking to the door and said "your Gina " I was shocked because we had only spoken on the phone but he saw my boots he said " I saw your boots and I know where you left your hat " Wow. The attention to detail. Thank you all

Great service and very honest. I was told by the Audi dealership I needed a new battery which would cost over $600. I brought it to Kerry Car Care and they tested my battery and it was fine and didn’t charge me a cent. I am bringing my Audi and Highlander back to these guys.
