I had a great experience with Kerry's Car Care. They are courteous and professional from the initial meet, with every phone call and though the payment process. I appreciated the line of credit that is available as well. That option made it easier on our family to afford the work on our car. I would recommend family and friends.

Bobby provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He kept me informed throughout the day and worked hard to get me the best price on parts. The courtesy vehicle was convenient and appreciated. Thanks!

Just wanted to say that my daughter's car was overheating so I called Kerry's and spoke with Gary. She was able to bring the car that same evening, we had an estimate and the work was completed by the next morning. Gary was very knowledgeable, great customer service, explained everything in simple language and it was not one penny over the estimate. Thank you for great service!!

The shop waiting area was comfortable and clean. The Mechanics and counter help totally personable. They truly care about the customers and the customers vehicle! After taking my car into the dealers mechanic not once but three times and paying 2000. for them to break it more, I called Kerry's explained what was going on and in less than 24hrs they had it diagnosed and fixed. Id give them 500 stars but its not an option

It was my first time at Kerry's Care. It was nice not hearing that everything under the hood needed to be replaced or fixed. The service rep, Bobby, was a pleasure to work with. There was a "SNAFU" with the bill, that the rep, Bobby, realized he had made before I could catch it. The swift effort to correct was more than satisfactory. I have grown weary of maintenance folks always telling me the world is wrong with my vehicle. I take good care it. This is the first time, someone noted that "hey, it looks like you take good care of your truck! The items noted are small and not in need of any action." You could have knocked me over with a feather. I am now a customer. Nice to have a sense that you are not being taken for a "ride." They should open a Doctor's Office.

5 stars are not given lightly - I believe nothing on earth is perfect. However, there are those that strive for absolute perfection, and Kerry's is one of those - Professionalism, courtesy, vehicle knowledge... the building itself even, states high-end professionalism. Much appreciated.

Kerry's Car Care is fantastic. With the $100 coupon, they beat my dealer's price, and had my car repaired in one day. While repairing my car they found an additional problem, called my dealer, and found out the work was still under warranty thereby saving me money. The price Kerry quoted me was accurate--no surprises. I will definitely use them in the future, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing car repairs.

Excellent Service and very reasonable repair rates!!! Thanks for taking such good care of our vehicles and providing extras and no additional cost - Wow! All our vehicles have always had Dealer service - we are very impressed with Kerry's Car Care and will use them for all our car repairs going forward! Much better warranty (3 year/36,000 miles) on all their repairs - dealerships only proved 12 month/12,000 miles... Thanks Again!
