Chris was friendly and professional. The service is very good . They went out of their way to accommodate me. I planned to pay cash and only brought a certain amount of money with me. I was told the air filter was changed. When he saw I had only brought with me a little over what I thought it would be, Chris made it work. Thanks!

Excellent customers Service. as usual .!! Always friendly and meets all my needs...Will return just as I did this time for a new Battery... Had a new Battery in about 30 minutes....Time for a cup of coffee and relaxing on a busy Saturday morning. Easy to get to from where I live.

THE GUY THAT FIXED MY 2005 CHEVY COLORADO TRUCK WAS TROY. HE WAS VERY NICE AND UNDERSTANDING. MY HUSBAND DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH VERY WELL SO TROY WOULD HAVE TO HAVE ME CALL HIM BACK AFTER I EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO MY HUSBAND. I BELIEVE WE WENT BACK AND FORTH AT LEAST 10 TIMES AND NOT ONCE DID HE GET SHORT TEMPERED OR IRRATATED WITH ME. ALSO WHEN PICKING UP THE TRUCK THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY, AND LOBBY IS VERY CLEAN. SINCE OUR REPAIR WAS VERY COSTLY HE TRIED TO STAY WITHIN OUR BUDGET AND STILL GET EVERYTHING DONE. KERRI WILL BE MY NEW MECHANICS

Although there was a bit of a snafu with the repair, Bobby and the shop went over and above being helpful and took care of the problem right away without additional cost to me. Everyone was very nice.

This place was amazing and so accomodating! I called with a screaming one year old for an oil change and they said come on in...they had my car back getting worked on within 5 minutes of getting there! They encouraged me to change the tv to a children's show and didn't look twice as my one year old ran all over the waiting area. They didn't try and up sell me on anything or push unneeded fixes to my vehicle! We were in and out in 30 minutes! The place was very clean and nice, did not feel like we were in a work place at all! We will absolutely be coming back for all future car care. I also nursed my child in the lobby and no one said a thing, huge bonus for nursing mamas!
