I had a problem after Kerry's service on my old van, '98 Honda Odyssey. I went back to mention it, and Jason took it back to Chris, general manager, who corrected on the spot. He himself showed me under the vehicle to assure me it won't have any problem. His care for the customer was superb in detail.
