Rip off!!!!! Took in for free inspection and charged me 150 bucks!! Then quoted me $1,100.00 bucks for work on my car. Seemed high so called 3 other places in town and all quotes were less than $500!!! Got work done elsewhere total was $465.. DONT GO HERE unless you want to get ripped off!!!!!

I love this crew. They do an amazing job of taking care of me and my vehicle. I arrived with a crack in my windshield. I was told the windshield is on back order. Reasey made a phone call while I was there for a routine service, and I am happy to say my windshield has been replaced, when I was told it would not be available for at least a couple weeks. They always do great work, AND go above and beyond. And I always come back!!!

If you want to get charged two times as much as everyone else, then come here.

Do not go here! Charged me 140.00 to just diagnose the issue with the car. They only diagnosed part of the problem, and wanted to fix before they would diagnosed the other issue. Took it to another mechanic, they figured it out within 15 min. The air conditioning issue was figured out easily with 10 min. They wouldn't even deduct the 140.00 from the cost of fixing the car. Bottom line they charge way too much for not knowing what the problem is. Save your money, go somewhere that doesnt charged you 140 + to pay for nothing.

It seems we had a disconnect and clearly dropped the ball. We want to be #1 when it comes to customer service and clearly we are missing the mark. Our leadership is trying to identify why this happened and we will resolve in a way that ensures superior customer experiences now and in the future.

I went to this place for the first time with an appointment at 8:30 am for a oil change and told them to replace car head light. My car got ready at 2:00 pm. When I reached there my bill was $129, when I asked why it is so high, my service advisor Jacob Hawkins said because it is due to cost of replacing head light. Oil change was 19.99, so it is over $100 to replace head light. When I told them they should have asked me with cost before putting it as I never paid anyone over $39.99 in my 15 years of that same car ownership. Per Jacob it takes close to one hour labor to get this done. When I asked him I don't need it, he got upset, extremely unprofessional, screaming, which I would never expected to witness. Any way, he was able to remove new bulb and put my old headlight blub back in my car in less than two minutes and said my car is ready to go. I was amazed at how one hour job he could complete in less than 2 minutes. This is my first and last time to this repair shop. Be careful guys.

Needed key fob programed. My wife stopped by to see if any technicians could do it. Initially she was told it could not be done. Later she received a call and was told you could do Chevy and Ford fobs. She went back and the job was done on two fobs and at a very reasonable cost.

Excellent customer service and work on my truck. Was able to get my truck in immediately the next day. Work was done within hours. Even received a phone call the following week to check up on how the repair was doing. Definitely recommend and I'll definitely be going back.
